Many of us desire to get some healthy exercise and yet don’t want to leave baby behind. We have organized some great groups that go out each week to burn calories, socialize with likeminded women as their little ones sleep or enjoy some snacks along the path.

Mom Fit Day @ the Park
These are great ways to keep that postpartum blues away. The vitamin D from the sun helps bring up the moods and the fresh air revives us for the rest of the day!
